Siva v. American Board of Radiology

Siva is acting on behalf of “all radiologists required by ABR to purchase MOC from ABR to maintain their initial ABR certifications.” They are asserting anti-trust claims under the federal Sherman Act and state law unjust enrichment claims against ABR.
