Lazarou et al. v. American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology

Plaintiffs in Lazarou are acting on behalf of “all physicians required by ABPN to purchase MOC from ABPN to maintain their initial ABPN certifications.” They are asserting anti-trust claims under the federal Sherman Act and state law unjust enrichment claims against ABPN.
