Kenney et al. v. American Board of Internal Medicine

Plaintiffs in Kenney are acting on behalf of “all internists required by ABIM to purchase MOC from ABIM to maintain their initial ABIM certifications.” They are asserting anti-trust claims under the federal Sherman Act, racketeering claims under the federal RICO Act, and state law unjust enrichment claims against ABIM.
